    掏空自己

    持續了兩周多的倒黃梅，沒法騎車和練戇。昨天總算既沒下雨也沒其他俗事，憋了十多天的旺盛精力得到充分釋放，像打了雞血一樣連續做了四個小時有氧訓練，中間只吃了一個梨，臨近尾聲終於感到虛脫無力——掏空了自己。

    有些人慣於通過塞飽自己獲得滿足，而隨水卻在掏空自己的過程中得到莫大的滿足。

    置之死地，方能後生。如同疾風驟雨過境之後，烏雲筋疲力盡，忽而化開一抹亮色，一時天光如瀉……
